Year rent always expires on December, 31, and is automatically renewed unless the user warns the producer 15 days before the expiry date of his/her wish not to renew.As the rent always expires on December, 31, first rent fee depends on the month of the order according to the table below. Yearly rent always embeds upgrade rights (i.e. the user has the right to download new versions of the program). 

Purchase of a time-unlimited licence embeds upgrade rights for 1 year. Successive years upgrade fees are 12% of current prices.

  The renting exipres at december 31 each year. New users ordering during the year will pay first renting fees as specified int the table "first fees". During the year you can add more modules or functionalities (if applicable to the software) paying the difference of full year rent (so you'll pay as if renting the new functionalities from the beginning of the year).
The renting is automatically renewed for the successive year unless you send a written info not later than December, 10 of each year. The renting renewal will be invoiced and the protection device will be re-programmed by sending a proper license file via email. During the year the user has the right to download new versions of the program from the website.
